Hello Innovators, I saw a fun way to create a rainbow and thought you would love to try it.

All you need is…

• 1 pkt Skittles
• 1/4 cup warm water
• white plate

Arrange the Skittles in a single row pattern around the edge of the plate.

Pour over enough warm water to cover all the Skittles and the plate itself.

Watch and wait as a rainbow appears on the plate, the colours will move towards the middle and create a whirl of colour!

Have a think about what colours you can see and where have you seen these colours before? Have fun!

Practicing mindfulness regularly can help regulate your emotions, build resilience, create empathy and increase attention span and awareness.

Hello lovely Innovators, today’s challenge is a maths one, can you finish these repeating patterns? Think about what shapes are been used, what colours you can see. Once you have completed these, why don’t you challenge your self to make your own repeating pattern! I’d love to see them!

Welcome back Innovators, I hope you all enjoyed your holiday and Eid if you were celebrating and of course the lovely sunshine!

Whilst the sun is shining and you may be outside, why don’t you try this fun activity decorating your name? All you need to do is write your name sounding out each sound, then when your outdoors with an adult collect anything you would like to decorate your name with. This could be sticks, leafs, flowers, grass or stones anything natural. Once you have these you can get sticking! I can’t wait to see your marvelous creations!

Morning Innovators, hope you’ve been able to enjoy the sunshine! Here’s a great way to create art work using the sun. You could choose your favorite toys and try tracing the shadow onto paper with a pencil or even with chalk on the floor outside.

Hello Innovators, hope you’ve all had a lovely weekend and are enjoying the sunshine!! If you go out in the sunshine why not try looking for some stones or pebbles. You could decorate them with letters of the alphabet and have fun creating words or even make your name.
